The UNCF Healthcare Workforce Diversity Program supports the educational goals of African American students pursuing a healthcare career. In addition to the scholarship, students will receive academic and career development support. Students who demonstrate financial need and are pursuing a professional certificate or an associate degree in healthcare are eligible to apply.
