Requirements

This program is open to children and grandchildren of USSVI members who are high school seniors planning to attend college or already enrolled as college students.

Applicants must be unmarried and under 21 years of age (or 23 if currently enrolled in a fulltime course of study).

Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, community service, academic potential, and financial need.
