The Upper Ohio Valley Italian Foundation Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors in Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, or Ohio counties in West Virginia or Belmont or Jefferson counties in Ohio who are pursuing a bachelor's degree. Students who are active in their community and school are encouraged to apply. Applicants of Italian heritage/descent are given special consideration.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Minimum ACT composite score of 21 and/or a minimum SAT of 980
  • Graduating high school senior
  • Resident of Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, or Ohio counties in West Virginia or Belmont or Jefferson counties in Ohio
  • Seeking a bachelor's degree
  • Participate in community service and extracurricular activities
  • Exhibit high character and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to applicants of Italian heritage/descent.
