United States Veterans "Veterans for All" Scholarship provides financial assistance to underrepresented or minority undergraduates from Illinois who served in the military and who are preparing for a career in the transportation industry.

Requirements
  • This program is open to members of underrepresented or minority groups who are residents of Illinois or full-time students at a school in that state.
  • Served in a branch of the U.S. military.
  • Applicants must be enrolled as incoming college freshmen, sophomores, juniors, or seniors at an accredited 4year college or university.
  • Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
  • They must be preparing for a career in the transportation industry with a major in fields of STEM, engineering (i.e., civil, construction, electrical, environmental, mechanical), social sciences (i.e., economics, geography, planning, political science), or business administration (i.e., accounting, business management, communications, finance, human resources, information technology, public health).
  • Applicants must be United States Citizens, legal alien with a registration card or permanent residency. Special consideration is given to applicants who have a family connection to the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO).
