Requirements

This program is open to retirees and honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. uniformed services.

Applicants must be residents of Virginia or enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education certified by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).

They must be working on a certificate, associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
