The Valerie Koelsch Memorial Scholarship is available to members of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 124 in Oklahoma City, including their spouses and dependents. Children of members who are traditional students and have completed at least one year of postsecondary studies, and children and spouses at least 20 years old who are nontraditional students are eligible to apply.
