The VCCCDRA Don B. Medley Scholarship offers financial assistance for college to graduating seniors or graduates of a high school in Ventura County, California. Students who are enrolled or enrolling in Moorpark, Oxnard, or Ventura College in Ventura County to pursue their certification or degree in computer studies are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students who demonstrate financial need.
