Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors, high school graduates, and currently-enrolled college students in Vermont who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a postsecondary degree program in any state.

Applicants must be interested in majoring in a field related to agriculture, including (but not limited to) animal sciences, equine studies, agribusiness, plant and soil science, forestry, horticulture, or veterinary medicine or technology.

Selection is based on that essay and a letter of recommendation.
