Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Oregon and planning to enroll full time at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or vocational school in any state.

Applicants must be the child, grandchild, or greatgrandchild of a VFW member who is presently, or was at the time of death, a member in good standing.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and a record of involvement in community service activities.
