Requirements

This program is open to private pilots who are at least 18 years of age and have been residents of Oklahoma for at least 6 months.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at an educational institution in any state to work on a degree in aviation, airport management, or aviation education.

They must be U.S. citizens and have a GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
