The Virginia B. Andes Scholarship is awarded to public high school graduates from Charlotte County, Florida, and to residents of Charlotte County, Florida who have lived and worked there for at least two years. Students who are currently enrolled in and have completed at least two years of a bachelor's or more advanced degree in a healthcare field at Florida Gulf Coast University, Florida SouthWestern State College, or an online program are welcome to apply.
