VTCA Contractor Scholarship provides financial assistance to employees of companies affiliated with the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) and their families who are interested in attending college in Virginia.

Requirements

This program is open to employees of companies affiliated with VCTA and their spouses and dependent children.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college, university, community college, or trade school in Virginia.

They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and a demonstrated interest in preparing for a career in the transportation construction industry.

Selection is based on academic performance, employment experience, extracurricular and leadership activities, and financial need.

U.S. citizenship is required.
