The Walter & Elaine Anderson Scholarship is a need-based program that provides assistance to graduating high school seniors of select Montana counties. Applications will be reviewed for ambition and participation in community, church, and extracurricular activities. Students who are seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in education are encouraged to apply with applicants studying the treatment of speech and language disorders receiving special consideration.

  • Graduating high school senior from Big Horn, Carter, Custer, Daniels, Dawson, Fallon, Garfield, McCone, Powder River, Prairie, Richland, Roosevelt, Rosebud, Sheridan, Treasure, Valley, and Wibaux counties in Montana
  • Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree in education
  • Participate in extracurricular activities, church activities, and community service
  • Demonstrate financial need Preference is given to applicants studying the treatment of speech and language disorders.
