The Walter and Shelia Umphrey Last Dollar Endowed Scholarship is available to residents of the Golden Triangle communities in southeast Texas. Juniors and seniors currently attending one of the six Texas universities are eligible to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need.
