Requirements

This program is open to blind residents of Washington state who are enrolled or planning to enroll at an accredited college, university, vocational school, or graduate school in any state.

Applicants must submit a 1,000word statement of their reasons for applying for this scholarship and how it will assist them to achieve their goals.

The statement should include a brief description of their background, education, work experience, economic status, strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals for the next 5 to 10 years.

Interviews are required.
