Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and students already enrolled at an institution of higher learning; some named scholarships require students to attend college in Washington, but others permit enrollment at an institution in any state.

Applicants or their parents or guardians must be members of the Washington State Grange.

They must be planning to major in agriculture.

Selection is based on academic ability, participation in extracurricular activities (e.g., Grange, 4H, church, Scouts, school clubs, music), character references, completeness of the application, and financial need.
