Students from Andrews, Borden, Brewster, Crane, Crockett, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Jeff Davis, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward, or Winkler counties in Texas are welcome to apply.
