Requirements

This program is open to residents of West Virginia who are enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field.

Applicants must be a member of Eastern Star, the child or grandchild of a member, or a member of Rainbow Girls, Job's Daughters, or DeMolay.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Selection is based on a letter explaining why they should be selected for this scholarship (10%), academic achievement (35%), leadership (10%), service in school and community organizations (10%), and financial need (35%).
