Requirements

This program is open to West Virginia residents who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an engineering, science, or technology program leading to a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree at an eligible institution of higher education in West Virginia.

They must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher either upon graduation from high school or after completing 2 semesters of course work in college.

Selection is based on academic qualifications and interest in the fields of engineering, science, and technology.
