Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students (including veterinary students) who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university in the 11 western states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington) or the western provinces of Canada that offer a poultry curriculum.

Eligible fields of study include avian biology, food technology, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, or veterinary medicine.

Selection is based on academic achievement, financial need, and interest and commitment to a poultryrelated career.
