Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate students who are residents of the sponsor's Northwest (Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington), Southwest (Arizona and southern California), and Pacific divisions (northern California, Hawaii, and Nevada) and licensed radio amateurs of general class or higher.

Applicants may be studying any academic field at an accredited 4year college or university in any state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
