The William S. Richardson Commemorative Scholarship is awarded to residents of Hawai'i studying at the University of Hawaiʻi-Mänoa William S. Richardson School of Law. Students who demonstrate financial need receive special consideration. It is also the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
