Wisconsin Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to members of the Wisconsin State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), their families, and other residents of Wisconsin interested in attending college in any state to prepare for a career in law enforcement.

Requirements

This program is open to 3 categories of applicants: 1) members of the Wisconsin FOP State Lodge studying any field; 2) family of members of the Wisconsin FOP State Lodge studying any field; and 3) other residents of Wisconsin working on a degree in criminal justice.

All applicants must be attending or planning to attend a college or university in any state.

For FOP members, the essay relates to the significance they place on the FOP in law enforcement.

For families of FOP members, the essay relates to their strengths and assets that would contribute to their chosen profession.

For other residents, the essay relates to the significance they place on serving their community and on advancing their profession.

Selection is based on that essay, academic record, leadership ability, and extracurricular activities.
