Requirements

This program is open to undergraduate or graduate students in all subject fields at accredited institutions who are licensed radio amateurs of general or extra class and ARRL members.

Applicants must be residents of Pennsylvania and have an "A" or equivalent grade average, including courses in mathematics, science, and languages, but excluding grades in sports or physical education.
