Zachary Parsons Memorial 4-H Scholarship provides financial assistance to 4-H members from Missouri, especially those from designated regions, who are interested in majoring in any field at a college in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to Missouri 4-H members who are high school seniors or undergraduate students and attending or planning to attend an accredited 4-year university in the state with a major in any field.

High school seniors must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and current college students must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher.

Home school students must also submit ACT or SAT scores.

First preference is given to applicants from Johnson County; the second preference is given to applicants from the west central region; the third preference is given to applicants from the remainder of the state.

Selection is based on 4H achievement in leadership, citizenship, community service, and projects (70%); financial need (20%); and career goals (10%).
