College of Saint Rose is a small, 4-year, private liberal arts college. This coed college is located in a city in an urban setting and is primarily a residential campus. It offers certificate, bachelor's, and master's degrees.

From the Institution

Perhaps best known as the alma mater of Jimmy Fallon, host of NBC's Tonight Show, The College of Saint Rose appreciates each student for who they are and empowers them to grow into the best version of themselves. That is as true for the communications major who practices his stand-up comedy routine in his residence hall and the graduate student who goes on to inspire generations of students in her classroom. Saint Rose remains committed to five values established when the College was founded just over 100 years ago - an orientation toward excellence, development of the whole person, creating of an inclusive community, service to the dear neighbor, and meeting the needs of the times. Those values shine through in every area of the Saint Rose experience. The College is set in an urban neighborhood that is also the state capital of New York, so opportunities for internships and jobs abound and greater connections between our students and the surrounding community are formed. We are a comprehensive institution with a thriving community of graduate students, who develop strong relationships with their faculty and go on to be next-level leaders and advocates in business, technology, social work, counseling, school psychology, communication sciences and disorders, and education. Our Flex delivery model empowers working professionals to pursue graduate studies by allowing them to choose from week to week whether they study in person, via livestream, or online on their own time. Saint Rose marked its centennial in 2020 and looks forward to meeting the needs of the times for its students and the dear neighbor for the next 100 years.
