AP Credit Policy

Advanced Placement exams are taken after students complete the corresponding AP course in high school. Credit toward an Eastern Florida degree is offered to those high school students who earn AP test scores of three (3) or higher. The amount of credit awarded depends on the score received as indicated on the chart below. A maximum of 45 semester hours of combined credit from accelerated mechanisms and/or prior learning assessments can be applied toward a degree.
