Endicott College was among the first Colleges in the nation to require all students to complete yearly internships. Today, Endicott remains dedicated to that vision and every traditional undergraduate student completes a first-year experience program, three work-experience internships, and a senior thesis. Students select from 39 Bachelor programs, 65 concentrations, and 49 minors. Master programs include Business, Education, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Homeland Security, Nursing, Sport Leadership, Applied Behavior Analysis, Athletic Training, Organizational Behavior & Learning, Reading & Literacy Instruction, and Interior Architecture. Doctoral programs are available in Education Leadership (Ed.D.), Applied Behavioral Analysis (Ph.D.), and Nursing (Ph.D.). The College's mission emphasizes a spirit of excellence, pursuit of scholarly and creative interests, community service, and taking intellectual risks.
