AP Credit Policy
Credit and placement will be awarded to students with adequate Advanced Placement (AP) examination grades in areas comparable to the Harper curriculum. The granting of credit and/or advanced placement will be determined following the guidelines listed in the Credit by Examination chart. A student who has passed an Advanced Placement examination in high school is given ungraded credit for the course listed as equivalent to amount of credit regularly earned for that course. No official record is made of scores too low to receive credit. Placement Exams, whether passed or not, do not affect a student's grade point average.
For more information, view the credit policy on the college's website.
