AP Credit Policy
Individuals who have passed the College Board Advanced Placement (AP) Examinations may receive credit for specific courses at Highland Community College. It is the student's responsibility to request examination scores be sent to the Director of Enrollment and Records. Credit will be designated with a 'PR' test credit on the student's transcript. No credit by examination will be recorded on a student's transcript until the student has earned at least six semester hours in regular classes at Highland Community College. For more information on AP courses and credit awarded, please contact the Admissions Office.
