AP Credit Policy
Credit granted for scores of 3 or better on a variety of Advanced Placement Exams. Students should file a General Petition in the Admissions and Records Office and have an official copy of test results sent to the college. To be eligible for AP credit a student must be enrolled at LATTC during the semester when credit is granted, have completed a minimum of 12 units of credit at LATTC and have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. The maximum number of units allowable toward the AA/AS Degree is 15. For Course units and equivalency, contact the Admissions Office.
