AP Credit Policy
Riverland shall grant college credit for scores of 3 or higher on AP examinations. The credits generated from advanced placement exams shall be used for specific college course that covers substantially similar material to an existing course. Elective credits shall be granted when the exam is not substantially similar to an existing course. A student must provide the college with an official report of AP examination scores in order to receive credit.
