AP Credit Policy

Students who have taken Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate high school courses followed by matching examinations will receive one elective course credit, to a maximum of four, for achieving exemplary scores; no additional credit will be granted for subscores. For Advanced Placement courses and examinations, scores of four or five on the examination will be considered for credit. Placement in higher level courses based upon AP scores at discretion of the department faculty.
