AP Credit Policy
A student who receives a "3" or better on an Advanced Placement (AP) exam receives elective credit or, if applicable, credit for the appropriate Southwestern equivalent course (see list of credits and equivalencies below). Credit by AP exam will be graded "S" and will not be computed into the student's GPA. Students with AP exam credit at "3" or higher for subjects not listed below (e.g., Latin) will receive elective credit.
