AP Credit Policy
Geneseo awards a maximum of 30 semester hours for achievement on college-level Advanced Placement (AP) examinations. Credit may be awarded if you have completed Advanced Placement courses in secondary school and have taken the appropriate College Board Advanced Placement Examination. While each academic department determines the minimum test score required for academic credit in a particular subject, three hours of elective credit are guaranteed for general elective courses with scores of 3 and above.
