Students have the chance to complete a minimum of two cooperative leaning (co-op) semesters during their four years of study. Co-ops are paid, full-time positions at leading companies, giving students the skills and the experience they need to compete for top jobs in their field of choice. Wentworth has sponsored more than 10,000 co-ops in the last 7 years-students earn an average of $20,000 during their co-op experiences-and more than half of the students get their first job offer from a co-op sponsor prior to graduation. Wentworth offers more than 60 labs and studios and 20 degrees through its Schools of Architecture and Design, Computing and Data Science, Engineering, Management, and Sciences and Humanities. Students can choose from both undergraduate and graduate degree programs, as well as accelerated dual degree programs-100% of classes are taught by faculty. Set on 31 acres in the heart of Boston, Wentworth is steps away from Fenway Park and museums, the Longwood Medical District, and a short subway ride to the many other attractions in this world-class urban hub. In addition, Wentworth is a member of the Colleges of the Fenway Consortium. Through the Consortium, students have access to 2,100 courses, more than 700 faculty, 12,000 fellow undergraduates, and a host of clubs, intramural sports, and organizations across five campuses all within walking distance. As a NCAA Division III university, Wentworth hosts 16 athletics teams. Thirty-six percent of all students are first-generation, and students hail from 39 states and 64 countries. Wentworth graduates are in high demand. In a typical year, 97% of the graduating seniors have secured jobs in their field of choice.
