AP Credit Policy
AP credit can be used to meet IGETC, CSU GE and A.A. general education (GE) and/or major requirements.Students must submit official AP exam results to the Admission & Records Office and ask to have it evaluated to receive credit for GE Patterns/WVC majors after completing 12 semester units at West Valley College. Duplicate credit will not be granted to students who have AP scores and take the equivalent college course.
