AP Credit Policy
Western Texas College recognizes credit by examination for the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), the Advance Placement Program (AP), ACT, SAT and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB). Students enrolled full-time and degree seeking at WTC and that score high enough on select exams may receive credit for coursework at WTC. Other institutions have varying policies on accepting credit by examination so a student wishing to transfer this credit to another institution needs to check with that institution regarding their policy.
