AP Credit Policy
Students who have successfully passed one or more of the Advanced Placement Exams administered by the College Entrance Examination Board may request advanced placement and/or academic credits. Advanced Placement means that the student may be scheduled for a course at a more advanced level; a decision on advanced placement is made after review of the examination by the academic department concerned. Credit means that the student receives credit toward the hours required for graduation. Generally, credit will be granted for scores of 3, 4, or 5. No grades are assigned to the courses for which the student receives advanced placement credit. Information on specific course examinations and credit may be obtained from the Office of Admissions.
For more information, view the credit policy on the college's website.
