From the Institution

Central Ohio Technical College is a small public college offering associate degrees and certificates in four locations: Newark, Coshocton, Knox and Pataskala. COTC's career programs help you start a new career or advance in your current one - sooner than you might expect. Start immediately with classes in your major and complete an associate degree in just two years or earn a certificate in as little as one semester or one year. Program options include business, engineering technology, information technology, healthcare and public safety career fields. You can also start your bachelor's degree at COTC. Stay at home and take many of the freshman and sophomore courses you'll find at four-year universities for a fraction of the cost. Complete the first two years of a bachelor's degree - our transfer degrees are designed just for this purpose - or take a few classes. The credits you earn transfer to all of Ohio's public colleges and universities. Plus, we also have transfer agreements with many private four-year colleges. COTC tuition is among the lowest in the state, and we offer more than $1 million in scholarships annually plus grants to help reduce or eliminate your tuition completely. Most scholarships require no extra application, making it easy fit your budget. Whatever your goal, COTC is committed to unlocking the full potential that lives within each student.
