From the Institution

At Norwich University, we have been successfully producing leaders for over 200 years using experiential learning. Graduates from over 30 majors enter the job market poised for success with significant academic training, internship experience, and leadership skills. These leaders go on to serve their community, their country, and the world. Norwich is a small university situated in Vermont where you can hike, ski, and explore the beautiful Green Mountains. On campus you can choose from over 80 clubs and activities. You'll never get bored. Most notably, the school is the nation's oldest private military college and the birthplace of ROTC. Two-thirds of NU students join our Corps of Cadets, challenging themselves physically, mentally, and morally to excel as leaders in a structured military-style environment. Norwich also serves civilian students and a large online student body. Concerned about cost? Norwich is a private and prestigious university with a commitment to affordability, offering up to $30,000 in academic awards alone. Few schools will challenge you as much as Norwich University. We welcome you to become part of our tradition, indeed part of our family.
