Entering students may receive credit in 37 subject areas for advanced scholastic achievement demonstrated on the Advanced Placement (AP) Examination of the College Entrance Examination Board. Advanced Placement exam scores of 3 or above qualify for credit. AP exams may fulfill general education requirements, and in some cases may fulfill requirements in the major.
