AP Credit Policy
Good scores on college placement exams are not required for admission to UT. However, they can earn you college credit and a head start on your academic career. Students admitted to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, may receive credit on the basis of performance on one or more of the Advanced Placement (AP) Examinations as established by UT Knoxville's participating departments. Each participating department decides the acceptable score for credit.
For more information, view the credit policy on the college's website.
