Located about an hour from the ocean, mountain ranges, and other fun destinations in the state, Western Oregon University (WOU) is welcoming, beautiful, and affordable. WOU is known for educating the most teachers in classrooms across the state of Oregon, but beyond our legacy in Education we offer 40+ academic majors, including one of the few American Sign Language programs in the country.
