Requirements
  • This program is open to students who have completed at least 1 year of study at an accredited 2-year college.
  • Applicants must be planning to complete a bachelor's degree.
  • They must have been NCSF beneficial members for at least 2 years with a permanent form of insurance, annuity, or at least $10,000 term insurance.
  • Selection is based on that essay, academic achievement, character, leadership, and service to school and community.
