The A Friend of Bill W's Scholarship supports committed undergraduate students at California State University who are in recovery from drug/alcohol addiction and have maintained at least one year of sobriety. Eligible applicants must actively participate in a 12-step program and meet with a counselor in the Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs (ATOD) program at least once per semester.
