The A. Phillip Randolph Memorial Scholarship is available to underrepresented or minority students residing in Illinois or attending an Illinois school, as well as members of COMTO Chicago. Students pursuing studies in transportation-related fields, including engineering, STEM, social sciences, or business administration, are eligible to apply.
