The A. Phillip Randolph Memorial Scholarship is available to underrepresented or minority students residing in Illinois or students at an Illinois school and members of COMTO Chicago. Students seeking a bachelor's degree in the transportation field, including engineering, STEM, social sciences, and business administration, encompassing civil, construction, environmental, mechanical, and electrical areas are eligible to apply.
