The A-RAM Plumbing Scholarship is open to students in the Alamo Colleges District. Students at St. Philip's College pursuing studies in plumbing or construction trades receive first consideration. Students at any of the other colleges pursuing a degree in construction business management, business management, or business administration receive second consideration.

Second preference is given to students of construction business management, business management, or business administration at any of the other colleges in that District.
