The Acacio "Roger" Rodrigues Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors or current undergraduates who reside in Dutchess, Putnam, or Westchester counties in New York or Fairfield County in Connecticut. Students who are planning to study a field, such as engineering, construction management, electrical construction technology, plumbing and heating, or welding and fabrication, that will lead to a career in the building/construction industry are encouraged to apply.
