The Academic Challenge Scholarship is available to traditional and nontraditional students who reside in Arkansas. Current college students, or returning adult students who have not previously earned a bachelor's degree and are pursuing a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree, are eligible to apply.

  • Not be in default or owe a refund on a federal or state student financial aid loan for higher education
